Tick Segerblom and Dina Neal were the highest scorers on racial equity issues during the 2013 Legislature, according to a new study from the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada.
Four other Democrats were in the 90s and several Republicans got into the 70s. Gov. Brian Sandoval was at 80 percent.
