Berkley: Don't listen to White House's "vile rhetoric"

Here's the full email ex-Rep. Shelley Berkley sent this week for a new PAC opposing the Iran deal and lamenting the "vile rhetoric and intense political pressure from the White House and its allies."

Hi there,

I hope this e-mail finds you well.

I wanted to fill you in on an important new project that I'm proud to be working on-- the launch of Progressives for a Better World PAC (PBW).

PBW is a federal political action committee that endorses and supports bold progressive candidates fighting for the values you and I share -- men and women who are passionate believers in American Exceptionalism, human rights, and standing with our allies on the front-lines of freedom.

As Congress prepares for the upcoming vote on this dangerous Iran Deal, it is important that progressives stand up and be counted.

That's why we're launching our first campaign: Progressives for a Better Deal.

Please join me and support candidates who are standing up for our principles and demanding a better deal -- and a Democratic Party foreign policy that rejects arming the enemies of human dignity and freedom in Tehran. These candidates are doing so in the face of vile rhetoric and intense political pressure from the White House and its allies.

I may not be in Congress anymore, but I know who's got our back.

People like my friends Juan Vargas, Grace Meng, and Bob Menendez. Please help them at this critical time.

This is a Federal PAC. You may donate up to $5,000.

You can make a contribution online at www.pbwpac.org

Or mail a check to:

Progressives for a Better World PAC

1808 8th Street, NW

Washington, DC 20001

Thank you, as always, for everything you do.

If you have any questions about the PAC, please let me know.

Your support will go to great candidates, and help let them know that no matter the outcome of these votes-- we are proud to stand with them in pursuit of a safer and better world.

Yours,

Shelley Berkley
