I'm told the union folks plan to be sober but not threatening, urging the Democrats, some flying to Las Vegas from the North, to get on board because of polling data that indicates it could pass.
The Democrats, who have a vacancy in the top race and a couple of female Danish princesses in the lieutenant governor's contest, may see the tax to pay for education as a way to energize the base. Or they may, as I have previously reported, continue to cower.
