It is a positive piece, does not mention Reid and surely is intended to gauge enthusiasm. (My favorite part is the unattributed quote about how wonderful he is.)
I have already suggested he won't run. But Beers is all about fun and being wry -- see that smile on his face, as if he is saying, "Why the hell not?" -- so this should be enjoyable to watch.
